SCI论文中Title设计详解与应对
Delivery of DNA Vaccine Based Chitosan Nanoparticles for Oral Immunization against Reddish Body Iridovirus in Turbots (Scophthalmus maximus)
题目中研究对象是DNA vaccine, 研究结果是delivery。经过通读发现文章中不仅研究了delivery,还研究了制备、分析等内容,这样如题目中仅用Delivery就不能很好地概括稿件的研究内容。同时,题目中使用了oral immunization词组,oral是服用的一种方式,在英文中无法和immunization连起来使用。针对以上问题,将研究对象改为oral DNA vaccine, 研究结果改为Development。整个题目改为:
Development of Oral DNA Vaccine Based on Chitosan Nanoparticles for the Immunization against Reddish Body Iridovirus in Turbots (Scophthalmus maximus)
例2.
Transcriptome Sequencing, Annotation and Exression Analysis of Brain Tissue at Different Gonad Maturation Period and Reproductive Regulation-related Genes of Starry Flounder (Platichthys stellatus)
这个题目写得太多、太具体。研究对象是brain tissue, starry flounder (星斑川鲽)范围较大,实际为hypothalamus (丘脑下部) and pituitary (垂体) gland, 研究结果是transcriptome (转录组)、annotation (注解) and expression analysis, 应为transcriptome profiling。而且different gonad (性腺) maturation period and reproductive (生殖的) regulation-related genes是两类不同概念,不能用and并列连接。整个题目改为:
Transcriptome Profiling of the Hypothalamus and Pituitary Gland at Maturation and Regression Phases in Starry Flounder (Platichthys stellatus)

Global Sensitivity and Protection Measures Analysis of the Parameter Influenced Pipeline Risk Induced by Metro Deep Pit Excavation
题目中研究对象是Parameter,研究方法是Global Sensitivity Analysis.题目中用了两个动词,读者不易理解,缺点还是表达不清楚。通读稿件后,加上研究的目的for Protective Measure Design.整个题目改为:
Global Sensitivity Analysis of Pipeline Safety Risk Factors Adjacent to Metro Deep Pit Excavation for Protective Measure Design
例4.
The Study of Newborn Screening and Genetic Mutation for Phenylketonuria in Weishi
这个题目的缺点是太宽泛,特征性不强,信息量不足。研究对象是infants with phenylketonuria (苯丙酮酸尿症),研究结果是newborm screening (筛选) and genetic mutation (变异) analysis. 但对于哪些人群筛选没有描述清楚,同时研究地点交代也不明确,没明确写出在中国。根据文章表达内容,整个题目宣改为:
Newborn Screening of 0.7 Million Infants in Fifteen Years and Genetic Mutation Analysis of the Infants with Phenylketonuria in Weishi City of China
例5.
In Vito and In Vivo Evaluation of Group-10 Metal 6AmnoxosoaophineComplexe. selective Stabilization of G-Quadruplex DNA, Inhibition of Telomerase Activity and Disruption of Mitochondrial Functions
这个题目中,SCI论文研究对象是Metal and 6-Amino-Oxoisoaporphine (氧异阿朴啡)Complexes,研究结果In Vitro and In Vivo, Stabilization of G-Quadruplex DNA,Inhibition of Telomerase,Disruption of Mitochondrial。题目中研究结果概括性差,可以统一理解成生物活性研究。 同时,题目应该是一个句子,很少写成两个句子。整个题目宜改为:
Preparation and Evaluation of the Biological Activities of Group-10 Metal6-Amino-oxoisoaporphine Complexes
例6.
Characteristics of Eformation and Ailure
题目太简单,没有提到研究对象,而其单词也写错了。根据文章表达内容,整个题目改为:
Characteristics of Deformation (变形) and Failure ( 破坏) and Mining (采矿)Pressure of Deep Coal Seam Floor (煤层底板)Affected by Fully Mechanized Mining
例7.
Dual-phase Ni-Al-Fe Ternary Intermetallics Synthesis by Combustion Method under High Pressure and Their Hardness Property
SCI论文本题目研究对象为Ni-Al-Fe ternary (三元的) intermetallics (金属间化合物),研究方法combustion ( 燃烧) method, 研究结果为synthesis和hardness。但题目中没有把这三这关系表述清楚,Dual-phase Ni-Al-Fe ternary intermetallics synthesis应改成Synthesis of dual-phase Ni-Al-Fe ternary intermetallics,对于性质研究,应该是study of their hardness.整个题目改为:
Synthesis of Dual-phase Ni-Al-Fe Ternary Intermetallics by Combustion Method under High Pressure and Study of Their Hardness
