艾德思：这家出版社的梦想是办100本SCI杂志

2019 年 6 月 20 日,科睿唯安发布了一年一度的 Journal Citation Reports (期刊引证报告,简称 JCR).

AME 出版社旗下已经有 11 本期刊获得最新影响因子(IF 2018),已经成为中国人建立的具有一定规模的 sci 医学期刊出版社.

而这一切,源自于 10 年前.

汪道远是 AME 出版社创始人兼社长.

本科毕业后,他曾有一段工作经历,让他看到中国医生投稿发表 sci 文章非常艰难.

我们的很多优秀科研成果,不能局限于发表在<新英格兰医学杂志>或<柳叶刀>杂志上.

我们也需要有自己的科研成果发表平台.

正是伴随这样的理想, 2009 年, 汪道远创办了 AME 出版社.

AME 花开

AME 发展得很快, 2010 年 11 月,汪道远旗下已经有两本杂志( Journal of Thoracic Disease 和 Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology) .

这时候,他在广州遇到了丁香园的创始人李天天.

李天天提的第一个问题就打动了汪道远:

不是出版一本杂志,也不是两本,而是三位数(即出版 100 本以上期刊).

那次见面后,丁香园在 2011 年初就投资了 AME. 2016 年 8 月,AME 再次获得 400 万美元 A 轮融资.

截止今天,AME 旗下已出版 60 余本专业医学英语国际学术期刊, 出版 59 本英语书,53 本中文书,80 余本电子书.

其中 18 本被 PubMed 收录,12 本被 sci 收录(其中11 本已有最新影响因子,余1 本将于明年获得影响因子).

离 100 本 sci 杂志的梦想,已经不那么遥远.
